We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be as simple and convenient as possible while ensuring product integrity and fairness to all our customers.
2. Free & Easy Returns for Unopened Items
• 14-Day Return Window: If your prebuilt PC remains unopened (i.e., the box seal or tape is intact), you have 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase to initiate a return free of charge.
• Condition Requirement: To qualify for the free return, the item must be in brand-new, unopened condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
3. Opened Items
• No Free Return Once Opened: If the box has been unsealed or opened, the product is no longer eligible for a free return under our standard policy.
• Contact Us for Assistance: If you have opened the product and still wish to return it for any reason, please get in touch. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution. Additional fees or restocking charges may apply based on the item’s condition.
4. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Customer Support: Click here to go to our online customer service portal, Geek Bar, and start a case.
2. Obtain Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if needed.
3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item. Unopened items must include all original packaging and accessories.
4. Ship the Item:
• For unopened items, we will cover or reimburse shipping costs.
• For opened items, shipping costs and/or restocking fees may apply, depending on the arrangement made with Customer Support.
5. Processing Your Refund
• Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm its condition.
• Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
• Deductions: In cases where the item is opened or missing components, any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund, as discussed with our Customer Support team.
6. Exceptions and Limitations
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
